Collaborative Problem-Solving Sessions
Facilitated by Michael Marvosh
WHAT THIS IS
A structured half-day session in which a team works through a specific challenge they've identified as stuck or harder than it should be. The facilitator's role is to help the group think more clearly together - not by providing answers or delivering training, but by creating conditions where the team's own knowledge and perspective can surface more effectively.
What this isn't
This is not a training program, conflict resolution service, or therapeutic intervention. It is not designed to replace internal L&D offerings. It is a facilitated thinking session focused on a specific business problem the team is already working on.
How THIS differs from internal L&D
Internal training typically delivers skills and information. This session works on a problem the team brings - one where the obstacle is not lack of knowledge or capability, but how the team is currently relating to the challenge. The value is in the outside perspective and structured process, not the content delivered.
Session format
Half-day (approximately 3-4 hours). Small group. One specific challenge as the focus. Confidential.
About the facilitator
Michael Marvosh has spent years helping individuals and groups work through complex problems where the obstacle isn't knowledge or capability but perspective - including academic tutoring, peer facilitation, and group work in structured organizational settings. This pilot represents an extension of that work into a professional team context.
